Designing a certain product in a uncertain age

New emerging technologies, such as AI, and global tragedies, which restrict how we have behaved so far like pandemic, continuously increase the uncertainty of our world. Profitable companies are going bankrupt after COVID-19, and stock markets are fluctuating depending on unexpected issues.

In a time of uncertainty, it becomes tougher to anticipate users' needs and our intuitions don't work properly to design successful products. From startup to enterprise company, resolving uncertainty weighs designers down. This talk will cover what the problem is in the existing design process and try to explore a new way to design a certain product to fit the market through prototyping.
